Aleksei archer, the American model and actress who was born in New York City is known for her dramatic performances and versatility. Aleksei performs 18 distinct roles as a TV model as well as a movie. Her career began in 2007 and she's survived the television industry for more than 14 years. Her birthplace was St. Louis and moved swiftly in New York City when she was only two days old. In 1991, Barnard College awarded her a Bachelor's degree in Art History. She was an associate at An American Place, a restaurant located in the city of New York for one year. Guarnaschelli gained her first food experiences while watching recipes she'd written in the cookbooks of her mother being test at home. After working for Larry Forgione in New York, France and Los Angeles she also worked at Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. Guarnaschelli eventually became the head chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli made an appearance on the Food Network's Iron Chef America where she competed against Cat Cora in the Farmers Market Battle of 2007. She has since appeared as Judge on the show and in 2011 competed in The Next Iron Chef season four, where she finished third-place finisher. In addition, she competed in Food Network's Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast and fell short. The fourth season of The Next Iron Chef, she was hired as a sous chef to Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008, she became the host of Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli where she teaches an intimate group of students teaching them how transform classic meals.
